We are thrilled to present one of our recent projects featuring the installation of Karndean Art Select Royale – Autumn Oak RL03 in a luxurious master-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Didsbury.
PRE-INSTALLATION WORK & FITTING
The project commenced with the careful removal of the existing laminate floor covering, ensuring a clean slate for this exquisite installation of Karndean flooring to take center stage. Next, we meticulously prepared the subfloor, overlaying the existing substrate with 9mm flooring grade ply. To achieve a perfectly level and smooth surface, we applied Arditex NA, a high-quality fiber-reinforced smoothing compound.
The result? A breathtaking transformation of the master bedroom, exuding elegance and warmth through the natural beauty of Karndean’s Art Select Royale – Autumn Oak. The floor was thoughtfully installed in a standard straight-lay pattern, adding a touch of timeless sophistication to the space.
