SPECIFICATION:Karndean Traditional Character Oak KP146. The inspiration for Traditional Character Oak came from planks that were reclaimed from an old wind-powered sawmill in Amsterdam. They had been smoked over time which resulted in burnished black knots, visible graining and beautiful colour variation across the floor. Rich, warm tones create a classic feel, emphasising the character of this stunning floor.
PREPARATION: This project required our floor preparation team to overlay the original floorboards with 6mm flooring grade ply prepare the floor with, latex smoothing compound, to ensure a flawless finish.
INSTALLATION: Our Karndean fitters embarked on a mission to turn our client’s vision into reality. ur team of skilled Karndean fitters installed the stunning flooring in a straight lay plank format. This project spanned an impressive 37 square meters and was completed in just 3 days.
